It is the most challenging and important award in the field of Human Resource Management in the German-speaking world. In addition to a long-list and shortlist vote, the projects submitted are also presented to a top-class jury, which once again evaluates the respective project in terms of innovation, creativity, strategy, efficiency, outcome and effectiveness.<\/p><p class=\\\"_bb_stories_content\\\"><br \/>With our \\\"Developing together\\\" recruitment approach and the associated campaign for <a href=\\\"https:\/\/bettybetty.de\/bridging-it\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">\u2192 BridgingIT<\/a>, we made it onto the shortlist to the final in the category \\\"Recruitment Campaign SME\\\" and are very pleased about this award.
