Who am I? What motivates me and how can I develop my strengths in a focussed way? With a pilot project for individual personality development, Betty und Betty is helping Allbau in Essen to further modernise its personnel development. Together with the career coach Thomas Körzel, we help the participants to become more aware of their motives, affinities and potentials and to use them better in their range of activities in the future.
For this purpose, the participants go through a several-month, individualised programme based on scientifically founded BIG 5 personality profiles and detailed initial interviews, in which they can reflect on themselves in different phases, recognise existing patterns and try out new methods. In the individual phases, we combine personal coaching and group sessions with different learning contents from the areas of motivation and time management. In between, the participants always have enough time to apply new methods and impulses from the coaching in their everyday work.
The aim is not only to actively develop their own strengths, but also to further promote the related independence and sense of self-efficacy. After all, it is becoming more and more important for companies and employees to know their personal strengths in order to be able to apply them more quickly to new tasks that arise.
