In 2016, the Gelsenkirchener Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugesellschaft-GGW reacts above all to current political developments. In addition to its core business of housing management and the construction of new housing, it supports the city as a municipal housing company in many challenging issues such as housing for refugees or the creation of kindergarten facilities.

BETTY + BETTY has conceived, designed and edited the company report.

OPEN-UP — create new spaces for a variety of needs with different framework conditions, thus providing new perspectives for different groups of people. OPEN! MAKE OFF! — Not shying away from the problems, but looking for the possibilities. Not procrastinate, but tackling them and moving on. In keeping with the guiding theme, GGW 2016 has pragmatically and consistently created spaces for many different target groups. In the company report, project examples are presented in a varied manner with the greatest possible flexibility and show the important role GGW plays for the city of Gelsenkirchen.

BRAND COMMUNICATION—EDITORIAL DESIGN

The report section presents all reporting elements in compact form and follows a very objective design. At the same time, it offers the possibility of quickly grasping or, if necessary, looking up the most central statements and developments on the basis of the markings in the respective margins.
