With our "Developing together" recruitment approach and the associated campaign for → BridgingIT, we made it onto the shortlist to the final in the category "Recruitment Campaign SME" and are very pleased about this award. Overall, the new recruiting approach led to a tripling of traffic on the career landing page and 61 new hires during the campaign period for the same media spending compared to the previous year.
